How ReplyFlux works

ReplyFlux is a product of TKH Digital LLC. It is an inbox assistant for sales teams that works in Gmail (Chrome extension), Outlook (Office add-in), and the ReplyFlux web app.

Application purpose

ReplyFlux helps sales teams draft CRM-aware email replies without leaving their inbox. ReplyFlux reads the currently open email thread on the user's device and matches it with the user's connected CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, and Attio) to help draft replies the user reviews before sending.

ReplyFlux supports optional calendar connections (Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, and Calendly) so drafts can reference availability when scheduling is relevant.
