1. Contact us
For product questions, billing help, account access, or to report a bug, email us at replyfluxhelp@gmail.com. Please include:
- The email address associated with your ReplyFlux account
- Whether you use Outlook, Gmail, or both
- Your connected CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Attio, etc.) if relevant
- A short description of the issue and steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots if helpful (redact sensitive customer data before sending)
2. Getting started
Outlook add-in
- Install ReplyFlux from Microsoft AppSource or sideload using your organization’s deployment method.
- Open an email in Outlook on the web or desktop and select ReplyFlux from the ribbon.
- Connect your CRM under the Connections tab in the ReplyFlux task pane.
- Open a customer email thread — ReplyFlux will load matching CRM context automatically.
Gmail extension
- Install the ReplyFlux extension from the Chrome Web Store: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/replyflux-%E2%80%93-crm-aware-ema/oliandnifdjmnfmmikkbjdcipegapehd
- Open Gmail and sign in to ReplyFlux when prompted.
- Connect your CRM from the extension panel.
- Compose or reply to an email to generate a context-aware draft.

3. Common issues
CRM not connecting
Confirm you have admin or integration permissions for your CRM account. Disconnect and reconnect the integration from the Connections tab. If the issue persists, email support with your CRM provider name and any error message shown.
No customer context found
ReplyFlux matches email threads to CRM records by contact email address. Verify the sender or recipient exists in your CRM with the same email address on the thread.
Draft not inserting into compose
In Outlook, ensure you have an active compose window open before clicking Insert. Try refreshing the task pane or restarting Outlook. Report persistent issues to support with your Outlook version (web vs. desktop).
Account and billing
For plan changes, invoices, or account deletion requests, contact replyfluxhelp@gmail.com from your registered email address.

5. Report issues or security concerns
To report a bug, outage, or unexpected behavior, email replyfluxhelp@gmail.com with the subject line “Bug Report” or “Support Request.”
To report a security vulnerability, email us with the subject line “Security Report.” Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
