Set up ReplyFlux connections

ReplyFlux uses OAuth connections to pull CRM and calendar context into your email drafts. Connect each tool once — your connections stay with your ReplyFlux account across Outlook and the Gmail extension.
This page walks through where to connect, which tools are supported, and what to do if a connection fails.

1. What connections do
When you connect a CRM or calendar, ReplyFlux can:
- Match an email thread to the right contact or deal in your CRM
- Pull deal stage, account details, and recent activity into the reply panel
- Use calendar availability when suggesting meeting times in drafts
- Keep you in Outlook or Gmail — no tab-hopping for every reply
ReplyFlux does not send email unless you send it. You review every draft before you send. You can disconnect any integration at any time from the Connections panel.
2. Before you start
- Create or sign in to your ReplyFlux account (same account for Outlook and Gmail)
- Have admin or integration permissions in your CRM / calendar where required
- Use a supported browser popup flow — allow the OAuth window when prompted
3. Where to connect
Outlook add-in
- Install the Outlook add-in from Microsoft AppSource: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA200012190
- Open Outlook on the web or desktop and open any email.
- Select ReplyFlux from the ribbon to open the task pane.
- Sign in if prompted (same account as the Chrome extension).
- Open the Connections tab at the top of the task pane.
- Choose a CRM or calendar and click Connect — complete the OAuth window.
Gmail / Chrome extension
- Open Gmail with the ReplyFlux extension installed and signed in.
- Open the ReplyFlux extension panel.
- Find Connections (or Integrations) and pick a tool to connect.
- Complete the provider sign-in / authorize screen.
- Return to Gmail — that tool should show as connected.
Connections are shared by account. Connect once in Outlook or Chrome and the other client can use the same linked tools after you sign in.
4. CRM connections
Supported CRM connections:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Pipedrive
- Zoho CRM
- Attio
How to connect a CRM
- From Connections, click Connect next to your CRM.
- Sign in to that CRM in the popup and approve the permissions ReplyFlux requests.
- Wait until the Connections list shows Connected.
- Open a customer email whose address exists in that CRM — context should load when you generate a reply.
Attio
Attio OAuth starts in the product at replyflux.io/connect/attio. Sign in to ReplyFlux, choose Continue with Attio, and approve record, object configuration, and note read access. Then confirm Attio shows as connected under Connections.
Permissions tip
Some CRMs only allow integrations for users with certain roles. If OAuth fails or no records appear, ask your CRM admin to confirm you can authorize third-party apps.
5. Calendar connections
Supported calendar connections:
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Calendar
- Calendly
How to connect a calendar
- From Connections, open the Calendar section.
- Click Connect next to Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, or Calendly.
- Sign in and approve calendar read (and any provider-specific) access.
- Confirm the status shows Connected, then generate a reply that should include availability context when relevant.
Notes
- Google Calendar uses your Google account — use the same Google identity you expect ReplyFlux to read events from.
- Microsoft Calendar uses Microsoft sign-in for your work or personal Outlook calendar.
- Calendly uses your Calendly account so ReplyFlux can reference scheduling links / availability where supported.
6. After you connect
- Open a real customer thread in Outlook or Gmail.
- Generate a reply in ReplyFlux — the panel should show CRM fields and, when available, calendar/scheduling context.
- Edit the draft, insert it into compose, and send from your email client as usual.
For a live walkthrough of the product flow, see replyflux.io/#demo.
7. Disconnect or switch tools
- Open Connections in Outlook or the Chrome extension.
- Find the connected tool and choose Disconnect (or reconnect if you need to re-authorize).
- Disconnecting stops ReplyFlux from pulling new data from that provider; it does not delete your ReplyFlux account.
8. Troubleshooting
OAuth popup blocked or closes immediately
Allow popups for replyflux.io (and your email host). Try again from Outlook on the web if desktop dialogs are restricted by your organization.
Connected but no CRM context
ReplyFlux matches threads primarily by email address. Confirm the sender or recipient exists in the connected CRM with that same address, then regenerate the reply.
Wrong account authorized
Disconnect the integration, sign out of the provider in the browser if needed, then Connect again and pick the correct Salesforce / Google / Microsoft account.
Still stuck?
